We ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure you enter the correct billing address associated with your bank card. If the billing address is incorrect, your payment will not process.
If you see a pending transaction after a decline, it will automatically fall off—this only indicates an attempt to make a transaction.
Please ship to a physical address, as we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
If your order arrives and you suspect an issue (e.g., wrong color, texture, or length), you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist in resolving the issue.
Please note: If the product has been tampered with, we WILL NOT accept returns or exchanges.
Due to hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept returns on hair extensions, wigs, or custom hair products UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, unless there is an error on A’Laiia Alexis & Co’s end. Please ensure items are unopened and in their original packaging.
At A’Laiia Alexis & Co, we strive for timely delivery. However, factors like weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact shipping times. Once the package leaves our possession, it is in the hands of the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier to submit a “Lost Package Claim.”

If you dispute a payment without following proper steps, A’Laiia Alexis & Co will pursue lawful action.
All packages require a signature upon delivery.
